One of the most common questions we hear is some version of: "How long is this actually going to take?” It’s a fair thing to wonder, especially if you’re dealing with a worn-out set and need tires sooner rather than later. Here’s a straight answer.
Orders Ship in 1 to 2 Business Days
Once your order is placed, it typically ships within 1 to 2 business days. From there, most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days. So from checkout to tires at your door or at your installer, you’re generally looking at under a week for most of the country.
Keep in mind those are typical windows, not hard guarantees, but we process orders fast, and most ship the same day you order.

Ship to Your Door or Straight to an Installer>
You have two options at checkout. You can have your tires shipped free to your home or business anywhere in the lower 48, or you can ship them directly to one of 18,000+ certified installer locations nationwide.
If you go the installer route, your tires ship directly to the shop before your appointment. You just show up and drive away on new tires. No hauling boxes, no scheduling a separate trip to a shop. The whole thing is handled during checkout: pick your installer, see the install pricing upfront, book your appointment, and you’re done.
Free Shipping on Every Order
Shipping is free on every order to the lower 48 states. No minimum order, no handling fees, no fine print. If you’re in Alaska or Hawaii, reach out to our team, and we’ll work through the options with you.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking update. You can also check your order status anytime on the Track My Order Page. You’ll need the email address used at checkout and your order number, both of which are in your confirmation email.
Most tires ship via UPS and don’t require a signature. Very large sets may ship via freight, which sometimes does require one. Your tracking information will reflect which carrier is handling your order.

What About Backordered Tires?
If a tire is on backorder, it means the manufacturer is temporarily out of stock. Typical backorder windows run around 4 to 6 weeks, though that can vary. If you’re in a time crunch, our team can help you find an in-stock alternative. Just reach out, and we’ll sort it out.
