      Most tires will be shipped via UPS without a signature required, and you can follow the progress with their easy-to-follow tracking.

      For very large tire sets, it may be shipped through a freight carrier, which sometimes requires a signature.

      No, packages can be broken down and inspected while unloading each tire by rolling it off the delivery truck individually. If you do require a lift gate, please reach out to us using the Contact Us page and we can confirm pricing with the freight company for this additional service.

      Yes! Be sure to include the business name in the shipping address details during checkout as the carrier will need the business name to complete delivery.

      We are unable to ship items to P.O. boxes. If you provided a PO Box address for a tire order, one of our team will be reaching out to you to update your shipping address to a physical location.

      APO/FPO/DPO: We will work with you to try to complete this order, but we can only ship to these types of addresses on a case-by-case basis. Additional shipping charges apply to anything shipped outside of the US (lower 48).

      We do not recommend picking up your tires without having them installed, but they are your tires!

      If you choose to pick up your tires without having them installed, you will be forfeiting the installation you paid for, which is not refundable in this situation.

      A mobile tire installer is a service provider that comes directly to your location — whether it’s your home, office, or another convenient spot — to install, repair, or replace tires on your vehicle. Instead of going to a traditional tire shop, you can have a professional technician perform the tire installation on-site using specialized equipment in their mobile service van. This service offers added convenience, saving you time and effort by eliminating the need to visit a tire shop.

      A backorder is simply a lack of supply by the manufacturer. The manufacturer does not have enough tires to fill all of their orders, but plans on making more or has a scheduled shipment for more of this product.

      We have developed direct relationships with manufacturers over the years, which allows us to secure positions for future stock. These tires are backordered nationwide as we deal directly with the manufacturer to reserve backordered items and secure the next available item once more are on hand.

      The typical backorder is around 4–6 weeks, but wait times vary. Sometimes, backorders take longer depending on various factors such as the manufacturing schedule and demand for the product.

      If you can’t wait, we can help you confirm availability and update your order to an in-stock/available product. Reach out to us using the Contact Us page (topic Backorders) with your invoice number and link to the item you’d like to switch to so our team can help you out.

      Depending on which tires you ordered, your shipment may be sent out in separate packages. In certain situations, part of the tire set will ship from our warehouse, with the remaining tires shipping directly to you from the manufacturer.

      It would delay your order to have all items shipped to our warehouse just to reship everything as one package. We use this shipping method to minimize processing time and have your tires delivered to you as quickly as possible.

      For very large tires that are shipped via freight, be sure to note any damages on the documents BEFORE SIGNING and accepting the shipment. Most tire sets will be delivered without a signature required.

      Do not install any damaged items if you would like to exchange them for replacement products.

      Contact Us (topic Order Support) with your invoice number and pictures of the damage so our team can help you out.

      If you ordered your set of tires with a scheduled installation date through Treadsy, the installer will notify us of the shipping damage, and we will reach out to you. We will work with you to ship out a replacement set of tires with a new appointment date.

      Remember, we are truck and car enthusiasts, so we have experienced some of this firsthand. We are also here to do our best to get any issues resolved. But let’s be real, if you’ve put some big mud tires on your truck, you’re going to feel some natural vibration that’s not a result of any imbalance. It’s just the pounding of the tread hitting the ground.

      All tires come with a FULL manufacturer’s warranty. Please ask if you have any questions regarding the warranty on a specific product, and we will be happy to assist! Please note: At our discretion, we will cover the costs involved with warranty claims up to thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. After the thirty (30) day period, the costs involved with the warranty claim is your responsibility.

      If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to help. Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase will not incur any fees.

      Because our team works quickly to process and ship orders, requests made after 24 hours may be subject to a return fee based on the items ordered and how far the order has progressed in fulfillment. If the error was on our end, we’ll always make it right at no cost to you.

      Returns & Fitment Policy

      Before placing your order, our team is happy to help confirm the correct tire size for your vehicle. Using your provided vehicle information, we review every order before it ships to help ensure proper tire fitment. If the recommended fitment does not work for your vehicle, we will make it right.

      Please report any shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can quickly resolve the issue with the carrier and arrange a replacement if needed.

      Unlike many retailers, we understand that tires sometimes need to be installed to confirm proper fitment. If the tires were installed to confirm fitment but do not properly fit your vehicle, we will still accept the return as long as the correct vehicle information was originally provided.

      If you’d like to cancel your order shortly after placing it, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to cancel before it ships.

      We understand that even with the right information, things do not always go exactly as planned. Even if you accidentally ordered the wrong tires, we will work with you to complete the return as long as the tires meet the return condition guidelines below. Our goal is to keep our return process simple and fair so you can shop with confidence.

      If you’re unsure about sizing before ordering, our team is happy to review your vehicle information and help confirm compatibility before you purchase.

      Return Requests

      Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Before sending anything back, please contact our team to request a return authorization and receive return instructions. Once your return is approved, the tires must be shipped back within 10 days.

      Tires must be securely wrapped or boxed to prevent shipping damage. Tires returned damaged due to improper packaging may not qualify for a full refund.

        Returned tires must:
      • Be free of punctures, plugs, or patches
      • Show no abnormal wear or damage
      • Not exceed reasonable mileage used for fitment testing (typically less than 5 miles)
      • Be safely packaged for return shipping

      Installed Tires

      If tires were installed only to confirm fitment and do not properly fit your vehicle, they remain eligible for return as long as the correct vehicle information was provided and the return condition guidelines are followed. This includes reasonable mileage for fitment testing (typically under 5 miles) and no abnormal wear or damage. Tires with excessive wear, damage, plugs, patches, track use, or significant mileage beyond what is required to confirm fitment may not be eligible for return.

      Return Costs

      Return shipping fees may apply in some situations, depending on the manufacturer and the reason for the return. Return fees are waived if you place a replacement order for the correct tires before your refund is processed. If the return is related to a confirmed fitment issue or an error on our part, return shipping fees generally do not apply.

      Refunds

      Once your return is received, we will inspect the tires and process the refund as quickly as possible. Most returns are inspected within 3 business days of arrival. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2–3 business days after the inspection is completed. Processing time from your payment provider may vary.

      Warranty

      In addition to our return policy, all tires come with the manufacturer’s warranty. If you need help submitting a warranty claim, you can submit a warranty through our Warranty Center.

      You must be some sort of tire connoisseur! We’ve got a huge range of items with more than 100 tire brands under our wings. BUT — chances are if we don’t show it on our site, we can get it. Just contact us and we’ll do our best to get a set of tires on your ride.

      Staggered fitment is when the rear wheels/tires are wider than the front wheels/tires. This is done for both style and performance, but only works with rear wheel drive vehicles. The larger rear tires help deliver better cornering & braking, while the wider rear wheels provide improved traction.

      There are two main reasons we can sell for so cheap.

      Most of our competitors spend a fortune on advertising and other frills. We have continued this mission of “giving people what they want” by launching Only Tires.       When it comes to buying new tires, it’s usually between one of three options: all terrain, mud terrain, and the new rugged terrain.

      All Terrain (AT) is a great option for vehicles that handle a decent amount of off-roading but still get regular use on the street.

      Mud Terrain (MT) tires sport a more aggressive tread to help move mud and gain traction but they come with more weight and increased road noise.

      Rugged Terrain (RT) is typically a blend of both AT and MT features to offer something slightly more aggressive than an all terrain but not quite as loud as a mud terrain.

      All-season tires are built with specific compounds, along with their engineered treads, to continue to deliver performance even in the winter. These compounds stay flexible in the cold while still providing solid response on hot summer pavement.

      Despite their name, most summer tires are closer to a three season tire option than strictly summer. They generally have a more shallow tread giving them exceptional performance at the cost of a shorter lifespan. These tires are built with compounds made to provide sticky grip on summer pavement but these compounds tend to lose most or all flexibility in the cold.

      Directional tires will include a rotation arrow on the tire’s sidewall. The arrow indicates which direction the tire should turn.
