We ship to the Lower 48 states for the advertised price. Tires typically take 1-2 business days to arrive (US48). Shipping timelines are provided on each product page. We can ship outside of the continental US for an additional charge. Contact Us for additional shipping rates. The buyer is responsible for all fees and paperwork beyond standard freight charges.

Delivery Inspection (Damage) - Ship to Home Only

1. UPS/FedEx ground shipments do not require a signature. Inspect the products as quickly as possible and follow up with us if necessary.
2. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order if any damage is found after delivery.
3. Very large tires may ship via freight. Inspect every piece BEFORE signing any documents. If damaged, please make full notes on the delivery paperwork before signing.

Returns

When vehicle information is provided, we review every order before it ships to help ensure proper tire fitment. If your tires are installed and do not properly fit your vehicle, they may still be returned as long as they meet our return condition guidelines.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a return. Once approved, we will provide instructions for safely returning your tires. Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection. If the return is related to a fitment issue or an error on our part, return shipping fees generally do not apply.

All tires include the manufacturer’s warranty, and our team is available to help with sizing, fitment, returns, or warranty questions. If you need assistance before or after ordering, please contact us.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests or order changes should be submitted as soon as possible, as orders are processed quickly and may already be in progress. Return shipping fees may apply depending on the order status, but they may be waived if requested within 24 hours or if the error is on our end.

All tires carry a full manufacturer's warranty. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs related to the warranty. All warranty returns must be approved by the manufacturer before shipping. If you'd like to start a warranty claim, visit our Warranty Center.
