About This Haida HD869 35x13.50R26LT

The Haida HD869 Mud Terrain in 35x13.50R26LT is a big, wide tire made for drivers who want extra bite on messy roadsthink mud, soft dirt, and loose gravel. This size is most common on lifted pickups and larger SUVs running 26-inch wheels, where you want the tire to look right and actually work when the pavement ends.

In everyday driving, you can expect a tougher, more truck-like feel than a typical street tire. Around town it should feel steady and planted, especially at lower speeds on rough streets, construction zones, or gravel pull-offs. On highways its built to handle long straight miles, but youll notice it feels more like an off-road tire than a smooth commuter tire.

Rain is where it pays to be realistic. This tire is designed to clear mud and dirt, not to be the quietest or most confidence-inspiring option on soaked pavement. If youre doing school runs, errands, and highway trips in heavy rain, youll want to give yourself a little more following distance and take corners calmlyespecially on worn asphalt or painted lines.

Comfort and road noise are the trade-offs. You should expect more hum and vibration than an everyday all-season tire, and it may wear faster if most of your miles are city and highway commuting. If you regularly drive trails, muddy job sites, or unpaved back roads, the HD869 makes more sense than it does for a strictly pavement-only routine.
