Hankook Dynapro AT2 245/75R17

The Hankook Dynapro AT2 RF11 in 245/75R17 is an all-terrain, all-season tire made for drivers who spend most days on pavement but still want the option to head down gravel roads, muddy driveways, or rutted two-tracks without feeling like theyre pushing their luck. Its a natural fit for many trucks and SUVs with 17-inch wheels that do commuting, errands, school runs, and the occasional weekend trip where the road quality isnt guaranteed.

In everyday driving, it aims for that set it and forget it feel. The tread is built to clear water well, so you get steadier braking and less nervous steering when the highway turns shiny during a heavy rain. Its also marked for mud and snow, and it carries the mountain snowflake symbol, which is a good sign if you deal with real winter conditions and want more confidence pulling away from a snowy stop sign or climbing a slick neighborhood hill.

Comfort is generally solid for an all-terrain tire. You may notice a firmer ride than a typical highway tire, especially over sharp potholes or broken pavement, but it should still feel controlled and predictable at highway speeds. Road noise is usually present with this style of tirethink a light hum thats more noticeable on smooth asphaltthough its not the off-road roar youd expect from a much more aggressive tread.

For longevity, Hankook backs standard T-speed-rated sizes with a 60,000-mile limited treadwear warranty, which is reassuring for normal daily use and road trips. One honest limitation: if your driving is almost entirely city/highway and you value the quietest, softest ride above all else, a dedicated highway tire will likely be a better match.
