Hankook Dynapro AT2 265/70R17

The Hankook Dynapro AT2 RF11 in 265/70R17 is an all-terrain, all-season tire made for drivers who spend most of their time on pavement but still want the option to handle gravel roads, muddy pull-offs, or a snowy driveway without feeling nervous. Its a common fit for many pickups and SUVs that do a mix of commuting, errands, and weekend trips. The outlined white letters (OWL) also give it a classic truck look if that matters to you.

In everyday driving, this tire is built to feel steady and predictable. On rainy highways, the tread is designed to move water out from under the tire, which helps reduce that floating feeling when you hit standing water. Around town, it should feel secure during quick stops at busy intersections and when merging onto the freeway, especially compared with more aggressive off-road tires.

Comfort and noise are usually the trade-off with an all-terrain tire, and the Dynapro AT2 generally aims for the middle ground: you may notice a light hum at speed, but its not typically the loud, droning sound some knobbier tires make. Hankook backs standard T-speed-rated sizes like this one with a 60,000-mile limited treadwear warranty, which is a good sign for drivers who rack up miles on school runs and road trips.

One honest limitation: even with the severe snow mountain snowflake marking, its still not a dedicated winter tire. In icy conditions or hard-packed snow, youll want to leave extra following distance and brake earlier, just like you would with any all-season.
