Hankook Dynapro AT2 LT245/65R17

The Hankook Dynapro AT2 All Terrain in LT245/65R17 is an all-around tire made for drivers who split time between regular pavement and rougher surfaces. Its a sensible pick for many pickups and SUVs that do commuter duty during the week, then see gravel roads, job sites, or campground lanes on weekends.

In everyday driving, it should feel steady and predictable, especially when the weather turns wet. For normal errands and highway trips, the tread is built to give you a confident planted feel when merging, changing lanes, or braking at a rainy intersection. If you deal with a gravel driveway or occasional dirt roads, this tire is also designed to handle those without feeling fragile.

Comfort and noise are usually where all-terrain tires show their personality. Compared with a road-only tire, expect a bit more tire sound at higher speeds and a slightly firmer ride over sharp bumps, especially on lighter vehicles. Still, for most people its an easy trade if you like the extra grip and toughness for everyday surprises like broken pavement, loose gravel, or construction zones.

One honest limitation: this kind of tire is meant to be a do most things pretty well option, not a specialist. If your driving is almost entirely smooth highways and city streets, a road-focused tire will likely be quieter and feel a touch more relaxed.

choose this tire if:

• you want one tire that can handle daily pavement plus gravel or dirt roads
• you value wet-road confidence for commuting and school runs
• you drive a pickup or SUV and prefer a tougher, more versatile feel

Its a practical choice for drivers who want fewer worries when the road isnt perfect.
