Hankook Dynapro AT2 LT285/55R20

The Hankook Dynapro AT2 All Terrain in LT285/55R20 is an all-around tire made for drivers who use a pickup or larger SUV for normal life but still want the option to handle rougher roads. If your week includes commuting, school runs, and highway miles, but your weekends sometimes involve gravel driveways, dirt roads, or a muddy parking area at a trailhead, this tire is built for that kind of mix.

In everyday driving, it should feel steady and predictable, especially when the weather turns. The tread is designed to help the tire keep its grip when roads are wet, so you can feel more confident merging onto the highway in rain or braking for a sudden stoplight on a slick street. Its also made to carry heavier loads than a regular passenger tire, which matters if you regularly haul gear, tools, or a loaded bed.

Comfort and noise are usually the trade-offs with an all-terrain tire, and the Dynapro AT2 aims to keep things livable. You may notice a bit more tire sound than a smooth highway tire, but its generally the kind of background hum you can tune out on longer trips. The included 60,000-mile warranty is a good sign for drivers who want a tire that can last through daily miles without feeling like a short-term purchase.

One honest limitation: if most of your driving is quiet city streets and long, smooth highway cruising, a road-focused tire may ride a little softer and sound a little quieter. The Dynapro AT2 makes the most sense when you want one tire that can handle daily pavement and still feel ready when the road stops being perfect.
