TRACK YOUR ORDER.

Your order number is included in your confirmation email after checkout. It starts with your initials or a unique prefix followed by a series of numbers. You can also find it in your account order history if you created an account at checkout.

Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours after shipment to reflect in the carrier's system. If there's been no movement after that window, please contact us and we'll look into it for you.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually update the delivery address. Once it's in transit, address changes may not be possible — contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Note the issue with the carrier before signing and take photos of the damage. Contact us right away with your order number and photos and we'll work to resolve it quickly.

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
