      WARRANTY FAQ

      Click "File Warranty Claim," submit your order details, and upload photos of the issue. Our team reviews every claim within 2–3 business days.

      You'll need your order number, tire details (brand, size, model), photos of the issue, and a short description of what happened.

      Most claims are reviewed within 2–3 business days. If the manufacturer needs to inspect the tire, the process may take additional time.

      A warranty claim covers defects that develop over time through normal use. A damage claim covers issues identified at delivery or caused during shipping.

      Warranty claims typically result in a prorated credit toward a replacement. Shipping damage claims qualify for a free replacement tire.

      If you opt in, our Road Hazard Protection will cover nail punctures, flat tires, damage caused from potholes and roads, curb impact, sidewall cuts, and other outstanding damages you may incur. Road Hazard Protection does not cover wear and tear, or damage resulting from improper installation.
